Stop feeding the pilot

Pilots are supposed to end. Many become a standing meeting. New tools get added because stopping feels like failure.

Pick one job. Give it a date and a measure. If it does not move the measure, stop. That is not anti-AI. That is how you keep AI from becoming a second business you did not mean to start.
